Pour ce premier article, je vais vous parler de notre activité culinaire réalisée pour l'épiphanie.

Pour réaliser cette galette nous étions trois: E (6 ans) et E (2ans et demi).
For made this cake we was 3: E (6 years old) and E (2.5 years old).
- deux pâtes feuilletés/ Two puffs pastry
- 200g de poudre d'amande/200g almond powder
- 150g de sucre semoule/150g of sugar
- 100g de beurre mou/100g of butter
- 2 oeufs/ 2 eggs
- une fève/ one ceramic bean
Tout d'abord il faut allumer le four pour le préchauffer à 210C (Th 7).
In first turn on the oven at 210 degre Celsus ( th7).
Chacun des loulous a versé un ingrédient tour à tour.

Étaler la 1ere pâte et la piquer roll out the first dough and sting it |
Les loulous ont doré la galette avec le mélange jaune d'oeuf et eau.
After sting the dough pour the almond cream. let the space on the dough on the edge for stuck the other dough above. Put the ceramic bean on the cream and cover with the second dough. stuck the edge with a mix of egg and water. on the top with a snife I draw a grid and some little hole for the air. The children put the mix egg-water on the top with a cooking brush for browning the dough.
